19 - Various Addition Policies

Configuration-> Policies-> Various Addition screen:

a.      Various addition policy used in Various Addition transaction (Payroll ->Additions-> Various Addition screen).

b.      Amount has been defined in the screen as default. Review

c.       More types can be added like:

                                                     i.     To add days’ type, do the followings: (Policy Name: Days / Calculation Method: Calculation Formula / Divided By: 26 / Multiply By: 1).

                                                   ii.     To add hours’ type, do the followings: (Policy Name: Hours / Calculation Method: Calculation Formula / Divided By: 208 / Multiply By: 1) (208= 26 days * 8 hours).

                                                  iii.     Use Hourly Base: means in Various Addition transaction screen, Quantity field treat as hours (used only in Hours type).

                                                  iv.     To add minutes’ type, do the followings: (Policy Name: Minutes / Calculation Method: Calculation Formula / Divided By: 12480 / Multiply By: 1) (208= 26 days * 8 hours * 60).

                                                   v.     If your calculation formula based on 30 days, change the 26 to 30 in all types or add new types.
