2 - Employee Attendance Group

Payroll-> Time Attendance-> Employee Attendance Group screen:

a.      Used for linking employee with Duty Time Definition based on a specific period.

b.      Click Add New.

c.       Details page:

                                                     i.     Enter Arabic and English Attendance Group Name.

                                                   ii.     click Save And Continue Edit.

d.      Employees page:

                                                     i.     click Add New Employees Attendance Group in table header to add employees individually.

1.      Select Employee and enter Date From To then click Save.

                                                   ii.     Click Select Employees in table header to add employees as bulk.

1.      Select Company and/or Organization Structure then click Apply Filter.

2.      Select employees from table and enter Date From To then click Save.

e.      Duty Time page:

                                                     i.     click Add New Duty Time in table header.

1.      Select Duty Time and enter Date From To then click Save.
