22 - Employee Job Title Definitions

Job Titles in MystroX HRMS define specific roles within the organization. They are essential for categorizing employees, linking them to their grades, and ensuring consistency in HR processes like payroll, recruitment, and compliance.


Accessing Job Titles

To access the Job Titles section in MystroX HRMS:

  1. Navigate to Masters -> Employee -> Job Titles.

Creating or Editing Job Titles

Adding a New Job Title

  1. Click on Add New in the Job Titles section.
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Job Title Name: Enter the name in both English and Arabic.
    • Code: Assign a unique code to the Job Title.
    • Display Order: Specify the order in which this title will appear in the list.

Editing an Existing Job Title

  1. Select an existing Job Title from the list.
  2. Update the relevant fields as needed.

Key Fields in Job Title Definition

  1. Main Job Title:
    • Links the Job Title to a broader category for hierarchical organization.
  2. From Grade / To Grade:
    • Specifies the range of grades applicable to this Job Title.
  3. Work Permit Job Title:
    • Associates the Job Title with a regulatory work permit category for compliance purposes.
  4. Comments:
    • Additional notes or details about the Job Title.

 

  1. Accounting References:
    • Links the Job Title to relevant financial codes for payroll and reporting purposes.

Viewing Job Titles

The Job Titles page displays a table of all defined Job Titles with the following information:

  • Code
  • Job Title Name
  • Display Order

Users can filter, sort, or delete Job Titles as needed.


Integration with Other HR Modules

Recruitment

  • Job Titles are used in job postings and candidate onboarding.
  • Defines salary ranges and benefits based on associated grades.

Payroll

  • Links Job Titles to grade-based salary and allowance structures.

Compliance

  • Ensures alignment with labor laws by associating Job Titles with work permit categories.

Reporting

  • Provides structured data for HR and organizational analysis based on Job Titles.
