Schools-> Summer Pay Policy screen:

a.      Is used for the definition of the method of calculating the summer salary for schools.

b.      Click Add New and fill fields in the screen.

c.       Calculation Policy: select policy defined in Annual Leave And Working Days screen.

d.      Click Save and Continue Edit.

e.      Details page:

                                                     i.     Defining the beginning and end of the school year / beginning and end of the summer months.

                                                   ii.     Click Save.

                                                  iii.     Every year, add new record with new dates to keep history.
