Schools-> Contract Renewal-> Employee Contract Renewal screen:
a. Used for renewing employee contracts.
b. Click Add New.
c. Fields in the screen will be displayed based on Contract Renewal Setting screen.
d. Contract End Year: to select employees their contracts will be ended in entered year.
e. Contract Period: selected employees will be renewed for this period.
f. Contract Strat and End Date: selected employees will be renewed for the entered dates.
g. Percentage: new basic salary will be calculated based on defined percentage of current salary.
h. Salary Due Month: employee will be entitled for the new salary starting from entered month.
i. Click Calculate: employees contract renewal details will be displayed in the table.
j. To remove an employee from the table, select the employee and click Delete.
k. To modify employee contract renewal, select the employee and click Open.
i. Popup screen will be opened with the employee new contract details which can be modified.
ii. Click Save.
l. To process employees contracts renewal, double check all the data is correct then click Post.
m. Contract renewal forms and reports can be viewed before posting.
