1. HR User Setup
HR users need to define the foundational elements for the

1.1 Define Appraisal Types

to HR → Appraisal → Appraisal Type.
- Default
types include examples like Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
1.2 Define Appraisal Values
- Navigate
to HR → Appraisal → Appraisal Value.
- Default
values include ranges such as 95% to 100% = Excellent.
1.3 Assign an Alternative Manager
- Navigate
to HR → Appraisal → Alternative Manager.
- Assign
alternative managers for appraisals as needed.
1.4 Define Appraisal Cycles
