Configuration ->Policies-> Salary Allowances screen:

a.      Is used for the definition of employee salary allowances (other than Basic Salary).

b.      Arabic and English Name should be entered correctly.

c.       Select Allowance Payment Type:

                                                     i.     Monthly: means this allowance will be paid monthly.

                                                   ii.     Accumulated: means the amount will be paid every certain number of months. When selected, Accumulated Every field will be displayed to enter number of months.

                                                  iii.     Specific Month: means that the amount will be paid in specific months only… when selected, all months will be displayed for selection.

d.      Select Included in check boxes: examples: if Monthly Salary selected, means it will be included in monthly salaries (bank or cash) … If Indemnity selected, means this allowance will be included at the end of service salary.
