5 - Configuring User Roles

Configuration-> User-> Roles screen:

  1. Used to define permission roles to assign them in Users screen.
  2. Details page:
    1.       Arabic and English Name should be entered.
    2.       Select Active.
  3. Permissions page:
    1.       Set permissions on screens.
  4. Data Access page:
    1.       Select Companies (if Access Data Permission is enabled in Performance screen). If its enabled, you have to assign companies to this role.
